Mr. Maje is a highly accomplished real estate professional with over 21 years of experience in valuation and advisory services. His expertise spans plant and machinery valuations, asset valuation for financial year-end accounts (IFRS), and strategic advisory services.

Throughout his career, Mr. Maje has been instrumental in delivering significant real estate projects, including the development of residential lofts, office spaces, and hospitality resorts in Botswana. He is currently managing the construction of a 34-unit loft development in Gaphatswa and a multi-storey office project in Gaborone's main mall.

In addition to his role at Apex Properties, Mr. Maje has been the Group Chairman since 2013, guiding the company's investments in hospitality, shopping malls, and commercial developments. His dynamic leadership and fresh approach have positioned Apex as a forward-thinking entity in Botswana's real estate landscape.
